Location shots - Black park

despite it being a little bit cliche, we chose to film our opening in a densely forested part of black park, to give the feeling of isolation and make it a bit scary and bleak. we filmed on a rainy day to make it look even gloomier to back up the scary gloomy feel. we took a few shots at the exact location we are going to film, it is important that the setting is right as it is a vital part of the makes the opening frightening, together with the lighting and the non diegtic whispers.

this was an important step in deciding where to film, we knew we wanted an isolated densely forested area that was away most people, so it took us a bit of time to find the exact area.
